What is print-on-demand?
All Pullers & Co™ items are made to order, meaning each product is printed and produced specifically for you after you place your order. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs without holding excess inventory.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 2–7 business days to produce, plus shipping time. US orders generally arrive within 5–10 business days from the order date. International orders may take longer ~ see our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since every item is made to order, we don't accept returns for size or color changes. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right! Contact us at admin@pullersandco.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun. Please email us at admin@pullersandco.com as soon as possible.
My tracking hasn't updated ~ what should I do?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email. If it still hasn't moved after that, feel free to reach out to us at admin@pullersandco.com.
